As a child in the 80’s, I had all of the pleasure and joys of consuming the Delta Diet Popsicle, now known as the Delta 8 Candy. This delicious delicacy was one of my favorites, along with the Tootsie Roll, from our family. Sadly, this delightfully sweet treat became somewhat of a pest and was removed from our Diet Popsicle rotation due to a rather unappealing plastic mold that seemed to be popping up all over the place. Fortunately, I managed to find an alternative that is just as tasty, but also less harmful to our environment.

The Delta 8thnickel Candy Mold was designed by the Delta Company, which is one of the largest manufacturers of snack foods and candy in the United States. Made with all natural ingredients including organic peanuts, fruits, and nuts, the Delta Popsicle offers many delicious flavors. Some of these flavors include; cinnamon toast, gingerbread spice, caramel apple, blueberry pie, and lemon lime pie. Unfortunately, this product did not last long, as I tried to expiriate my desire for it by eating more of the other gummy treats that I had. It was at this point that I decided to look around for a more ecologically friendly alternative to the Delta Popsicle, which would hopefully taste as wonderful, if not better.

After much searching, I discovered the sweet and savory combination known as Thc Off The Play. This snack food contains real sugar, not the unhealthy hydrogenated vegetable oil that we are used to seeing on sweet candy packets. What’s more, it doesn’t use hydrolyzed fats, or any number of other harmful byproducts that we are exposed to in our every day lives. These sweeteners, which are commonly called HFCS’s, can be listed by the Environmental Working Group as some of the most dangerous additives used in food.

For example, the makers of the Delta 8 thc candy drops knew that the inclusion of this additive would make the product very appealing to children. At first, I assumed that this was merely a marketing ploy. However, when I looked further into the effects of HFCS on pets and wildlife, it became clear that this sweetener should be banned from use on foods that are sold for consumption by humans. Not only is this detrimental to human health, but it is also illegal to use in most states in the United States, as well as many other countries around the world.

Unfortunately, despite the good intentions of the manufacturers of delta 8 thc gummies and hemp cookies, there are some disturbing side effects to the consumers who consume them. First, as previously mentioned, they have an incredibly bitter taste, which some people find to be quite unpleasant. This bitter taste is not derived from the hemp itself, but rather from the high amount of calories that these candies contain. Unfortunately, the combined weight of the bitter sweet combination of the two makes it difficult for people who wish to have a small bite of a cookie or gummy bear to enjoy themselves, without consuming a considerable amount of extra calories and damaging their bodies in the process.

In addition to the bitter taste, delta-8-thc candies are also known to cause an anxiety attack in some individuals. The stimulant properties of the ingredient, delta-8-THC, cause the brain to release more serotonin than normal, which in turn causes an elevated feeling of well being, and a general sense of happiness. Unfortunately, when the serotonin levels in the brain drop, this makes one more prone to depression and other mood disorders. In addition, the moderate level of caffeine that is found in delta-8-THC candies also contributes to a lack of physical stamina, as well as a reduction in energy levels.
