TECHNICAL THREADS

Loop method: It is suitable for children or adults with less agile hands. Take an 18-inch piece of dental floss and roll it into a circle. Tie it securely with three knots. DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOTHPASTE OR BRUSH?
“Choosing a type of toothbrush or toothpaste is not as important as choosing a SOFT toothbrush and a fluoride toothpaste. Floss and then brush for 2-3 minutes. When you have finished brushing, rinse your mouth well and spit it out. Take a damp finger and rub it briskly back and forth over your teeth, inside and out.
